Andrea Mutti is one of the men that worked to restore an old and native grape of Piedmont: the Timorasso. The Mutti family has produced wine for three generations in Sarezzano, a little town near the border of Piedmont and Liguria. His work on the plant is very meticulous and he manages the vines with the same care that an excellent gardener would to maintain his garden.
