Raymond Boulard is a small, artisanal winery just outside of Reims in Champagne. The winery is considered a grower-producer because they make wine from just over 10 hectares of family-owned vineyards. Over eight different Champagnes are made from seven different villages. The line-up offers incredible diversity, and a rare opportunity to drink Champagne all throughout dinner. We are excited by the challenge to pair these food-friendly wines with Suzette's cooking.
