Red ruby color, very clear and deep. This Dolcetto is a very direct wine, all the aromas play around the red fruits which are dense and compact. It has unbelievable freshness and integrity. The more you sniff it, the more you realize how it is precise and direct in its communication and persuasiveness of its way. There is elegance that comes from these little red fruit - blackberry, blueberry and petals of rose.
This wine is fresh and pleasant as you drink it. It is as sincere as the hands that have moulded it, hands of a true person. This wine strikes you for its equilibrium and likeability. When we tasted this wine, it give us a big big emotion, even though there was still time for its improvement. This passage of time in the wood must be an example for everybody - perceptible only in the result - excellent and elegant. Grazie Pino!
